This 8 week series is designed for fiber artists ages 10-16. During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to delve into the world of knitting, where they will be guided in mastering fundamental skills. Throughout the sessions, they will have the chance to work with a diverse range of yarns, experiment with a myriad of stitches, and create unique hand-knit pieces suitable for wearing. While prior knowledge in knitting is advantageous, it is by no means necessary for participation.

Dates: 9/18, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13

One makeup class will be offered for those who may need to miss a session.

Cost: 335.00 plus a material fee of 45.00.

Cancellation Policy

• Minimum Enrollment: Some workshops require a minimum number of participants. If that minimum isn’t met 72 hours before the start, the workshop will be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund.

• Cancellations and Transfers:
  Cancellations or transfer requests must be made no later than:

  • 1 week before a one-time workshop

  • 2 weeks before a Foundations or After School series

  • 3 weeks before an Intensive Workshop

  • 4 weeks before camp

  After these deadlines, no refunds or transfers will be issued unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.

• Refunds:
  Student-requested refunds are subject to a 2.7% processing fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

• Cancellations by Us:
  If West End Woolies needs to cancel a session, you’ll receive a full refund.
